Meet Joe
President & Construction Consultant - Salty Dad
Joe is a finished carpenter by trade, but considered a multi-skilled craftsman. Skills from framing to finish punch list and most everything in between. With over 40+ years as a contractor in residential/light commercial construction and 20 years as a construction manager for one of the largest builders in Southern NH.
Since 1978, Joe has owned and operated construction businesses, tackling everything from porch replacements to custom home designs. Has also been involved with large and small renovation projects like baths, kitchens, basement renovations and additions.
He is a licensed residential construction supervisor (MA) (Unrestricted License) who has managed thousands of construction projects. And the list keeps growing.
Meet Corey
Vice President & Design Consultant - Salty Son
Corey is a Keene State College graduate with a BS in Architecture. After College he begun his career as a Commercial Supervisor in Boston managing the day to day activity of a 52 unit apartment building. Then adjusted his efforts to design after joining a custom builder in Boston specializing in custom decks porches and sunrooms.
Corey’s eye for design expands past the construction industry into landscaping where he spent a summer as a foreman. You will enjoy the collaborative environment that is set into place to creatively customize your indoor or outdoor space!
He is proficient in Auto-Cad, Softplan, Sketchup, Revit.
Meet
Sammi Jo
Administrative Assistant - Salty Daughter
Samantha Jo is a Plymouth State College graduate with a BS in Childhood Studies. Although her major is in Education, she always seems to jump into administrative work on the side. She has previously worked with her father in construction, and has done both small tasking in the field and office administration work. Her prior work experience in customer service plays a key role in creating genuine and authentic connections with clients of the business.
Samantha Jo loves being a part of a family run business. She utilizes her administrative capabilities beyond her work with the company, and comprises many of the qualifications of being an Administrative Assistant. She is excited to now fully be involved with the company and plans to continue to expand her knowledge with the administrative aspects.
Meet
Julian
Trainee - Grandson/Nephew/Son
Julian already takes interest in the company coming into the office throughout the week and learning the trades from “Pops”, Uncle Corey and Mom. (You can see he is always accompanied by his dog/sidekick “Milo”).
